Common questions
No trip fee when we do the work. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee is $79 and gets credited if you book within 30 days.
Most non-emergency calls are same-day or next-day. True emergencies (burst pipes, no water, sewage backup) we dispatch within an hour, 24/7.
Hair, soap, grease, and roots all build up over time. Older Houston neighborhoods see plenty of cast-iron and clay-tile lines that crack or root-clog. We camera every sewer call so you know what's actually down there before any digging starts.
Typically $55–$95 per foot for spot repair. Full replacement runs $4,000–$25,000 depending on length, depth, and whether trenchless is an option. We give a written estimate before we start.
Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lines the inside of your existing pipe with epoxy resin — no excavation, no torn-up driveway. Works on most jobs where the existing line is intact enough to host the liner.
